Limited Warranty

This limited warranty (the "warranty") protects the original purchaser of the Tint Audio "Timewarp" bookshelf speakers for five years from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. Tint Audio will, at its option, replace the loudspeakers or repair the defect. In that event, the original purchaser will not be charged for the cost of parts or labor.

This warranty does not extend to any defect, malfunction or failure caused by misuse, abuse, accident, improper installation or adjustment, defects in third party audio equipment, damage caused by accident, damage caused by unreasonable use or neglect, unauthorized repairs, damage occurring during shipment, cosmetic damage, or use of the speaker with equipment with which it is not intended to be used.

This warranty is only valid when the loudspeaker is returned to Tint Audio, within the warranty period, with the original sales

receipt, shipping prepaid, to the address published on our website. The only way to establish your warranty eligibility is to include the original sales receipt, indicating the name of the original purchaser and the original purchase date.

This is the sole and express warranty. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, of merchantability, fitness for purpose or otherwise. Tint Audio shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages or have any liability with respect to defects other than the obligations set forth above.

Products are sold on the basis of specifications in effect at the time of sale. Tint Audio has no obligation to modify products once they have been sold.
